D-J-Qualls

Donald Joseph Qualls (also known as DJ Qualls) is a fashion model and actor from the United States. He shot to fame after his performance on Road Trip. Since then the actor has been in more than 20 films, such as The New Guy Hustle & Flow or The Core. Also, he has been on more than 22 series, including Breaking Bad Supernatural and Scrubs. As a survivor of Hodgkin's Lymphoma, which he was diagnosed at the age of 14 Qualls is an avid fighter. After two years of treatment, the cancer is now in Remission. The earlier treatment had a severe impact on his health and stunted development. When he began acting, as if financial security was his goal because his experience with poverty had been a part of his life. In an interview, he mentioned that if I do not have money security or feel out of control in the world, then I'm going to feel miserable. He thinks back to his childhood, and has a desire to take action against bullying. The cruelty he experiences breaks his heart. DJ's ideal job is play a father figure in reel and in real life. DJ admits that directors don't want to cast his character in these role. It would be wonderful to someday be a parent himself, when he will be able spend less time on career and spend more time with his child.
